Reproduction of a relief realized in reconstituted marble (marble dust agglutinated with cronolita). With patina of aging to give the piece an antique look.
The Muses were the daughters of Jupiter and Mnemosyne (memory). Just like the Graces, they took part in all meetings, rejoicing, concerts and feasts which were celebrated by the gods on Olympus. They were endowed with the remarkable gift of being eternally young and beautiful. There were nine namely Clio, Euterpe, Melpomene, Terpsichore, Erato, Polinmia, Urania and Calliope.
