Reproduction of a relief made in reconstituted marble (powder of marble agglutinated with Cronolita). The patina of ageing is applied with natural lands.

The original of the relief reproduced here is a Byzantine ivory carving of the Archangel Saint Michael, from the 6th century. It is the left part of a diptych.
